I worked endlessly to find the right formula to describe this elegant area, which is in fact the Howard de Walden estate. The area centres on Marylebone high street and stretches east toward Harley street.

Please note the angel who says “Take two a day , you’ll feel better ” . In fact there is another angel behind her counting the money! who would have guessed!
